Shipping a hand-carved wooden idol safely takes more than a cardboard box. Every piece is first wrapped in soft cloth, then cushioned with multiple layers of protective foam around delicate areas like raised arms, crowns, and mounts.
The wrapped idol is placed in a snug-fitting inner box, which is itself boxed again with additional packing material to absorb shocks during transit. It's a slower process, but it's how we keep breakage rates close to zero.
