Lord Murugan is most commonly depicted mounted on a peacock, known as Paravani. The peacock represents the destruction of ego, pride, and desire — qualities the peacock is said to symbolically 'eat' the way it eats snakes in folklore.

Our Murugan idols carve this relationship in fine detail, from the fan of feathers to the poise of the mount, making it one of our most intricate product lines.
